Provides integrated leadership across marketing, donor experience, communications, strategy, and corporate services to advance Octapharma Plasma’s operational performance and long-term growth. Leads enterprise marketing and communications strategy to drive donor recruitment, engagement, and brand strength. Partners with the COO and executive leadership to shape corporate vision, strategic priorities, KPIs, and multi-year roadmaps, while enabling transformation through technology optimization, process design, resource alignment, and organizational effectiveness.

This Is What You’ll Do
  • Lead enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy aligned to Octapharma Plasma’s business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Own brand strategy, governance, and standards, ensuring consistent brand execution across all donor and employee touchpoints through internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget aligned to the OPI business plan, optimizing investment allocation to maximize ROI, efficiency, and donor growth impact.
  • Direct paid media strategy and execution across all channels, including paid search, paid social, display, radio, video, out-of-home, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead earned media and public relations strategy, including national and local PR initiatives and communications for new plasma center openings.
  • Drive donor communications strategy and execution, including CRM governance, lifecycle messaging, and engagement optimization.
  • Drive operational efficiency by transitioning scalable functions from field operations to centralized corporate teams to improve cost effectiveness, consistency, and performance.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration across corporate services by designing integrated processes, systems, KPIs, and management routines to improve enterprise alignment and execution.
  • Partner with the COO and Executive Leadership Team to establish enterprise priorities and lead the strategic planning process.
  • Assess enterprise technology needs and opportunities; develop business cases and requirements that enable productivity, scalability, and long-term operational effectiveness.
  • Own and manage the integrated corporate planning calendar, ensuring alignment across strategic planning, budgeting, and enterprise deliverables.
  • Expand and integrate internal communications to strengthen organizational alignment, employee engagement, and advocacy across all corporate and field communication channels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in related fields, inclusive of 5 years in corporate leadership.
  • Experience working with national, multi-site organization.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Expertise in strategic planning frameworks with the ability to translate strategy into executable implementation roadmaps.
  • Ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams that consistently deliver results.
  • Skilled at leading large-scale transformational initiatives with deep knowledge of organizational change management best practices.
  • Ability to define future-state customer and/or employee experience targets and delivering strategies and roadmaps that achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional influence and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels, including executive leadership.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations, strong business acumen, and impactful public speaking.
  • Ability to manage budgets and P&L statements.
