Join the Aramark team as a Resident General Manager for Correctional Services, overseeing multiple contracted services with annual revenues of $2-15M+.

• Lead a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services while executing day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage client and community relationships, continually assessing operations and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.
• Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
• Recommend methods, resources, and implementation strategies for service improvement and growth based on operational needs, capabilities, and contractual obligations.
• In partnership with Finance, manage a budget and assist in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes, maintaining all associated records and reports.
• Maintain compliance with Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and the Business Conduct Policy, at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong focus on client and customer service, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
• Comfortable with reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements.
• Meaningful experience in the service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing other managers.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget, financial controls, and analysis.
• Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
