Manager, Sales – FIRST ONSITE, LLC

We’re looking for a driven and dynamic sales leader to spearhead growth, lead a high‑performing team, and build lasting client relationships.

Lead and empower a sales team, manage pipelines with Salesforce, build a diverse network of influencers, recruit and develop talent, and partner with operations and RFP teams to deliver exceptional client results. Travel 20‑50%, including extended stays at disaster sites.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to drive sales growth
• Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue goals
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless project delivery
• Recruit, train, and develop top‑performing team members
• Leverage Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance
• Support RFP efforts to secure new business opportunities
• Travel 20‑50%, including occasional extended stays at disaster sites
• Valid driver’s license required

• 5+ years solution‑based sales experience
• 4+ years sales leadership experience
• Proven success driving new business and exceeding revenue goals
• Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce knowledge, preferred
