Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed volume, profitability, and CSI goals
  • Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and customer-first mentality
  • Set and track performance benchmarks while providing coaching and development
  • Work closely with the GSM and executive team on inventory strategy, marketing initiatives, and sales forecasting
  • Ensure a premium showroom experience that reflects the luxury brands we represent
  • Oversee desking, deal structure, and customer engagement from start to finish
  • Recruit top sales talent and ensure onboarding excellence


Qualifications - Sales Manager:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a high-volume or luxury dealership
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive results through others
  • Deep understanding of sales process, desking, F&I collaboration, and CRM systems
  • Impeccable interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
  • A passion for luxury vehicles and delivering exceptional customer service
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and operational discipline
  • Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment screening
