TheOpportunity
As a Regional Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee multiple properties within your assigned region, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives. A valid driver s license and reliable transportation are required.
Responsibilities- Oversee multiple properties within the assigned region to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Drive financial performance, maintain high occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Community Managers to align property goals with corporate objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Monitor property performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- 3 years of proven experience in regional property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation required
- Proficient in using property management software (Yardi Voyager and Real Page preferred)
- Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations required
- Experience overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities
- Ability to evaluate property performance (occupancy trends, rent collections, maintenance efficiency) and implement operational best practices
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze property-level financials, control expenses, and drive revenue growth
- Experience monitoring budgets, forecasting, and alignment with ownership goals
- Capability to identify financial risks and opportunities to optimize NOI
- Proven leadership in mentoring Community Managers and on-site teams
- Commitment to building high-performing teams through coaching and clear goal-setting
- Fosters accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of federal, state, and local housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant laws
- Full-time
- DOE base salary: $90,000 - $120,000
