Senior Associate – Responsibilities
- Provide service excellence by identifying key client business issues, supplementing standard assessment techniques with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis, and developing recommendations.
- Assist with work streams or focus areas within the Integration Management Office (IMO) – Synergies, TSAs, Blueprinting, Day 1 Readiness, Executive Reporting, Integration Roadmap, Communications, Organizational Design.
- Plan and execute Day 1 and Day 100 activities:
Strategic planning, Operational optimization & consolidation, Back‑office consolidation, Supply chain, IT/reporting integration, Customer & channel management. - Drive performance‑improvement assessments, implement recommendations, and track progress against Day 1 and Day 100 objectives, adjusting strategies or personnel as required.
Qualifications
- 4‑6+ years of professional consulting experience, specializing in merger integration, business transformation, and change management.
- Experience in integration planning and divestitures a plus.
- Deep functional expertise in at least one area:
Finance & Accounting, HR / Organizational Design, Role & Job Analysis, Leadership & Stakeholder Involvement, Communications planning & management, Knowledge Management, revenue & profitability growth initiatives, Program management. - MBA preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, initiative, critical thinking, flexibility to travel at least 75 % of the time.

Full‑time positions (30 + hours) entitle employees to healthcare, flexible spending, life, AD&D, disability, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off (vacation, personal days, sick time, holidays, floating holiday, parental leave). Salary range: $100k–$170k annually plus discretionary bonus.
