You will need

• 4 - 7 years of agency recruitment experience
• Proven track record of crushing it - building relationships and closing big deals
• Leadership experience (or the hunger to step up) with an empathy-driven, growth mindset
• Ready to scale a niche, dominate a market, and climb to Director/VP
