The Director, Project Management Integration – M&A will oversee the planning and execution of integration activities for newly acquired companies, ensuring a smooth and value-driven transition into SPX. This role plays a critical part in achieving the strategic objectives of each acquisition by orchestrating cross-functional efforts across business units, corporate teams, and acquired entities.

Working closely with SPX leadership and key functional stakeholders, the Director will design and manage integration plans that align with the deal rationale and value creation targets. • Support overall HVAC strategic planning process, along with driving creation and tracking of KPI’s.
