Job Description
The Site Manager will oversee operations across four hospitals, managing a team of 15 associates and serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage hospital-based teams across four sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison for all customer interactions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor budgets (P&A accountability is limited; training provided).
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and customer expectations.
- Travel between sites as needed (mileage reimbursement and hotel stays provided).

- Background:
Clinical Engineering (BMET through executive sponsor level) - Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience in a hospital setting
- Must have grown up in Clinical Engineering
- OEM or warehouse management experience does not qualify
- Skills:
- Customer relationship management
- Ability to manage hospital-based teams
- Familiarity with hospital operations
