Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Paint Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial painting projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing commercial painting projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple commercial painting projects simultaneously
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with general contractors, architects, and other trade partners
- Supervise painting crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and process change orders
- Conduct regular site visits and project status meetings
- Manage material procurement and inventory
- Prepare detailed project documentation and reports
- 5+ years of commercial painting project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial painting materials, techniques, and applications
- Proven experience with project scheduling and budget management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA safety certification preferred
