Manager, Management

The Manager focuses on achieving business plan objectives and managing client accounts and P&L’s. They ensure business excellence, lead recruitment processes, and manage a team of consultants and at least one Business Manager. They also contribute to company initiatives and knowledge creation.

Axel's role is divided into three main areas
:

• Business Development and Account Management
• Team Management of consultants and business development team (recruitment, career development, performance evaluations,…)
• Involvement in Business Unit and Corporate initiatives - Supporting strategy development on BU level, acting as Business Support Lead for our Life Sciences Community and for our BPM/OPEX practice

Since joining Avertim,
Axel's role has evolved significantly. Axel started as a consultant to understand the market, then progressed to Business Manager, and ultimately Manager, by achieving objectives. Charlotte's role revolves around three key areas
: client relationships, to support them in their projects and transformations; people & team management, with a team of more than 20 consultants; and strategy and budget, to align the business unit with Avertim’s vision.

Charlotte is also the leader of the Energy Community, an initiative that reinforces her role within the company. Charlotte particularly enjoys being able to connect the needs of consultants and clients with the development of sector-specific expertise.
