A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of maintenance experience in the multifamily industry and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Responsibilities include general maintenance tasks such as plumbing and HVAC repairs, responding to resident requests, and participating in preventative maintenance. A Refrigeration certification and a valid driver’s license are required.
