Construction Laborer

Construction Laborers are among the hardest working people at our company.

As a Construction Laborer, otherwise known as a Mitigation Technician, you will provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services to people who have suffered property damage and value an excellent service experience. You will be responsible to:

• Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
• Wear personal protective equipment
• Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
• Carry and set up equipment
• Demolish damaged parts of the house
• Clean the house when finished
• Other duties may be assigned

• Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$22 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
