• Responsible for all warehouse roles assigned to the warehouse team.
• Order Fulfillment: picking, packing, and shipment processing.
• Inbound processing: accurately receiving, counting, sorting, and labelling inbound shipments.
• Inventory maintenance: cycle counts, replenishment, and consolidation.
• Audit work processes to ensure compliance.
• Set up and train new Associates.
• Ensure jobs are done with efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and process shipments.
• Quality control checking freight orders.
• Book and issue paperwork for each shipment.
• Maintain a clean and hazard‑free work environment.
• Audit cleaning duties / schedule.
• Responsible for checking in on employees before, during, and after shift.
• Be able to research issues in CSD to find and correct issues.

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team‑building) skills.
• Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current Forklift certification.
