Job Summary- Responsible for all warehouse roles assigned to the warehouse team.
- Order Fulfillment: picking, packing, and shipment processing.
- Inbound processing: accurately receiving, counting, sorting, and labelling inbound shipments.
- Inventory maintenance: cycle counts, replenishment, and consolidation.
- Audit work processes to ensure compliance.
- Set up and train new Associates.
- Ensure jobs are done with efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and process shipments.
- Quality control checking freight orders.
- Book and issue paperwork for each shipment.
- Maintain a clean and hazard‑free work environment.
- Audit cleaning duties / schedule.
- Responsible for checking in on employees before, during, and after shift.
- Be able to research issues in CSD to find and correct issues.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the HVAC or similar distribution industry.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (team‑building) skills.
- Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PC skills and experience with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
- Current Forklift certification.
