Field Service Technician - Raleigh‑Durham, NC

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide maintenance and repair services at customer establishments in the Raleigh‑Durham area. The role involves scheduled maintenance on high‑technical medical devices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and teaching customers how to operate and maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on a wide array of high‑technical medical devices and machines.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations, regulatory body policies and protocols, and internal operating procedures.
• Provide customer‑oriented support, instructing non‑technical staff on equipment operation and proper usage.
• Respond to emergency repair requests and juggle priorities with flexibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic equipment maintenance.
• Experience with medical devices preferred; military avionics or electro‑mechanical experience highly considered.
• Strong customer‑oriented skill set and ability to instruct non‑technical staff.
• Excellent prioritization and flexibility in handling emergency repairs.

Benefits:

• Base salary: $33/hr to $41/hr.
