We are currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a District Porter in the Charlotte area. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and is looking to earn supplemental income with a flexible evening schedule.
Opportunities for advancement!

• Collect bagged trash and recyclables from residents' doorsteps throughout different assigned apartment communities during the night.
• Transport collected waste to the community's onsite compactor or dumpster using an open-bed pickup truck.
• Ensure broom swept cleanliness of compactor and trash chute areas.
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with community residents.
• Change dog station and common area waste bags.

• $125 per day for any Friday/Saturday coverage
• W2 employment position
• Pay issued via direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month
• A valid bank account is required for payroll processing

• Main working hours are Sundays through Thursdays, 7pm to 2am
• Fridays/Saturdays - 7pm to 12am
• Shift duration: 5 to 7 hours per night, based on route and pace
• Weekly average: 25-35 hours, with potential for additional shifts depending on performance and availability
• Maximum:
  Up to 5 shifts per week available

• Technology: A smartphone with an active data plan (for route communication and task verification).
• Driving: at least 5 years of clean driving experience to be eligible for a company truck.
• Physical Fitness:
  Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and work in varying weather conditions without assistance.
