.
Based in one of the nation’s major banking centers, Charlotte attorneys have been involved in many business, tax, and legal developments, including work with leading financial and lending institutions, public companies, product manufacturers, and healthcare operations. Located downtown, our Charlotte office overlooks a bustling metropolitan area with many attractions, including restaurants, entertainment, and nightlife.
Experienced in the area of real estate finance, you will spend your days serving as counsel to national financial institutions. As a strong team player, you will fit right in with our collegial and intellectually engaging work environment.

We Know YouYou have1 to 3 years of meaningful real estate acquisition, development and/or finance experience
. The ideal candidate has experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate/construction financing, commercial lending, secondary market transactions, preferred equity, and corporate structures.
You have strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
You are admitted to and in good standing with the state Bar of North Carolina.
