We are seeking an organized, self-motivated attorney with 3+ years of workers' compensation defense experience independently managing cases from inception to resolution. • Conduct depositions of parties, lay witnesses, medical providers, and experts
• Draft persuasive motions and briefs for administrative commission hearings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and risk managers
• Spearhead case strategy development
• Represent clients in mediations and administrative hearings

• 3+ years of workers' compensation defense experience
• Exceptional research and writing capabilities
• Demonstrated courtroom presence and deposition experience
• Active North Carolina bar membership
