Civil Litigation Attorney

Our client is seeking an experienced NC‑licensed civil litigation attorney to join a growing practice in the Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of civil defense litigation experience and a strong track record of handling cases through trial and arbitration.

• Defend a variety of civil litigation matters, including construction, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial disputes.
• Manage cases independently from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings.
• Work collaboratively with partners, clients, and litigation teams to develop case strategies.

• Active North Carolina law license with 8+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience defending civil litigation preferrably in construction litigation, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, or commercial litigation.
• Proven ability to handle cases through trials and arbitrations.
• Strong litigation skills, including research, writing, advocacy, and case management.
