Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to individuals who have suffered personal injury. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, a deep understanding of personal injury law, and a proven track record of success in handling complex cases.

Responsibilities
  • Representing clients who have suffered personal injuries in civil litigation proceedings.
  • Conducting thorough case investigations to determine the validity of each client’s claim.
  • Drafting, filing, and arguing motions and pleadings.
  • Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
  • Preparing and presenting cases for trial when necessary.
  • Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases and answering any questions they may have.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and NC State Bar regulations.
  • Collaborating with other members of our legal team to develop effective case strategies.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
  • Active membership in the NC State Bar.
  • Extensive experience in civil litigation.
  • A proven track record of successfully handling complex cases.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A deep commitment to client service and a passion for achieving justice for individuals who have suffered personal injuries.
