Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law (or ability to become admitted) in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
- Relevant experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated subject-matter expertise
- Experience managing matters and client relationships
