A renewable energy company in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support its Legal Department in managing real estate transactions related to utility-scale solar development. The ideal candidate will handle land acquisition efforts, assist with preparing and organizing agreements, and coordinate legal documentation. Strongly preferred are candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a legal support role, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
