Associate Attorney - Construction Litigation - Charlotte, NC (hybrid)
Small firm located in Charlotte is seeking an Associate with Construction Litigation experience to join their collegial law firm. The firm is well known and respected in the legal community and very active in state and local bar organizations. Firm offers hybrid work arrangements, full benefits package including paid healthcare for employee, and a clear path towards Partnership.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 3 plus years of construction litigation experience, including handling disputes involving contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals
- Experience with state and federal court litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial or arbitration support
- Strong legal writing, analytical skills, and the ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with a team
- Experience working directly with clients
