In-House Litigation Counsel

In-House Litigation Counsel (On-site / Charlotte, NC)

Latitude is working with a client in the insurance industry that is adding a full-time in-house litigation counsel to its dynamic and well-respected legal team. This role will be responsible for managing litigation and outside counsel, advising on risk matters, and handling subpoena and e-discovery responses. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the insurance industry, coverage matters, and restrictive covenant litigation.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding professional references
• Located in the Charlotte, NC area

Pay:
The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$185,000. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
