Katten, a global Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Investment and Finance Associate to join its Charlotte office.
Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of complex commercial real estate experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm and be admitted to the North Carolina State Bar or eligible for submission on waiver. Required experience should include experience with real estate debt and equity transactions, drafting transactional documents, including equity operating documents, loan documents and purchase and sale agreements, experience with transactional due diligence review, including title and survey matters, and the ability to manage all aspects of transactional closings.

The estimated salary range for this role is $225,000 - $420,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to experience/job history and class/graduation year.
