Attorney - Trust and Estates

Our client is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join the firm’s expanding Estates and Trusts Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who enjoys sophisticated estate planning work and values a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Compensation: $125,000 to $175,000

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning and estate/trust administration.
• Ability to draft a full range of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Hands‑on experience navigating estate and trust administration matters.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with clients.
• Excellent writing, research, and organizational abilities.
• A proactive, team‑oriented, and business‑minded approach to practice.
• North Carolina Bar admission required
