Salary $100,000 - $150,000 per year
A Bit About UsWe are seeking a seasoned Permanent Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be a tenacious advocate with a proven track record in personal injury law, including plaintiff personal injury, premise liability, and bodily injury. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile cases, offering a challenging and rewarding environment for a driven and detail-oriented individual.
You will be working with a team of experienced attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants, and will have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.

- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including premise liability and bodily injury.
- Conduct client interviews to ascertain the details and nuances of the case.
- Draft and file legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to case handling.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law and related legal developments.
- Provide legal advice to clients, keeping them informed of their case progress and explaining complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, including plaintiff personal injury, premise liability, and bodily injury.
- Proven track record of success in personal injury litigation, including trial experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining high-quality work.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
