A well-established, litigation-focused law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with approximately 2 plus years of experience to join its Charlotte office
.

This role offers to work on a broad spectrum of employment-related disputes
. The practice includes a mix of traditional labor and employment litigation as well as complex civil disputes involving evolving legal issues.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in labor and employment litigation
• Full litigation lifecycle experience
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Managing written discovery and depositions
• Participating in mediations and settlement discussions
• Trial preparation and courtroom support
• Exposure to both state and federal courts preferred; experience before administrative agencies is a plus
