Smith Debnam () is seeking candidates for a full-time litigation associate position to assist in the representation of Creditors' Rights in consumer matters.
The Following Are Prerequisites For This Position- Minimum of one year’s experience in litigation in private practice
- Handle substantial case volume with minimal supervision
- Handle hearings, trials and other matters in various jurisdictions throughout SC (and NC as licensing allows)
- Manage staff effectively in support of practice with an understanding of the business aspects of managing an efficient law practice
- Negotiate effective settlements and case resolution on behalf of clients
- Live/work out of Charlotte area in NC
- Dual licensed in SC and NC
- Three years’ practice experience representing creditors in state court
- Preference for in-office work environment in a collegial culture
