About The Role

Accrue Partners is seeking a Legal Recruiter to support and execute searches across our Legal, Compliance & Risk Talent practice. This role focuses exclusively on professional, advisory, and leadership-level legal talent, partnering with clients to deliver high-impact hiring outcomes across legal leadership, specialized attorneys, legal operations, and compliance functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Search Execution & Candidate Engagement
  • Source, screen, and engage high-caliber legal, compliance, and risk professionals across in-house, firm-side (selective), and advisory roles
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews focused on legal expertise, leadership capability, and business alignment
  • Manage candidate pipelines across multiple concurrent searches with accuracy, urgency, and discretion
  • Prepare candidates for interviews through structured briefing, compensation alignment, and role context
