Charlotte law firm with strong team culture and top‑notch benefits is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant/Paralegal with 1+ years of plaintiff's personal injury experience.

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year DOE

• Incentive plan (in addition to salary)

• Communicate with clients on a daily basis
• Set up new claims with insurance carriers
• Request medical records and bills
• Assist with property damage claim
• Communicate with lien‑holders on lien reductions
• Handle pre‑litigation cases from intake to settlement
• Other aspects of case management role

• 1+ years of plaintiff’s personal injury experience
• Ability to handle sensitive matters on a confidential basis
• High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
• Ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with clients
• High level organization and time management skills
• Ability to accomplish results and meet goals
• Self‑management skills and ability to hit the ground running
• Above‑average typing skills (60+ words per minute)
