A leading law firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its specialized real estate and lending practice group. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational understanding of commercial real estate transactions, exceptional technical proficiency, and the ability to operate effectively within a high-volume team environment.

Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay Range: $65,/y - willing to flex for the right candidate
  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Work Setting: Onsite
Primary Responsibilities
  • Title & Survey Management: Conduct comprehensive reviews of title examinations and surveys, including the analysis and preparation of legal descriptions.
  • Document Preparation: Review and refine draft closing documents for various real estate transactions and commercial loans.
  • Due Diligence: Execute detailed due diligence reviews of property records, surveys, and title insurance commitments.
  • Transaction Management: Provide end-to-end management of pre-closing and closing workflows for real estate projects and secured lending.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a commercial real estate practice within a law firm setting is highly preferred.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Core Competencies:
    • Superior written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Advanced project management abilities with a focus on deadlines and meticulous detail.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
    • A collaborative, client-focused approach to teamwork.
