Part-Time Affirmative Immigration Attorney (In-Person – Charlotte, NC)

About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Affirmative Immigration Attorney to join our firm in Charlotte, NC, on a part-time, in-person basis. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing cases independently from day one
, NO TRAINING PERIOD is available for this role.
This position is best suited for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and is ready to handle a variety of affirmative immigration matters
, including but not limited to:
- Waivers
- Family-based petitions
- Adjustment of Status
- Naturalization
- Humanitarian cases (TPS, VAWA, U Visa, etc.)
- SIJS
- Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing (any state).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in affirmative immigration practice required.
- Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures and forms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in person at our Charlotte office.
- Independent and detail-oriented — ready to take cases from day one.
- This is a part-time position.
- In-person only (no remote or hybrid options).
- No contract basis – W-2 or hourly arrangement may be discussed during the interview.
