Intellectual Property Litigation Associate – Life Sciences

Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a mid-level patent litigation associate for its IP Life Sciences practice in New York, Washington, DC, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, and Charlotte. The salary for this position starts at $260k+.

• 3-4 years of life sciences patent litigation experience focused on pharmaceutical and biopharma clients.
• Background in biological or chemical science required, with an advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with patent office/PTAB proceedings; global/European patent exposure a plus.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred [not required].
• Large law firm experience is preferred.
• Biopharma industry or regulatory experience is preferred.
• Strong academic background required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
