Position Overview:
Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on legal issues and on the legal implications of matters. The primary role of this person will be to serve as a key lawyer/legal advisor on major transactions, including financings, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and operation/commercial matters.
- 4+ years of corporate transactional experience with a strong preference for candidates with significant experience representing clients within the electric power generation industry, particularly IPPs. Prior in-house experience is not necessary but preferred.

In-office Work RequirementsHybrid schedule; 3 days in office but subject to change in the future.
CompensationCommensurate with experience. The package includes base salary, target bonus, and an excellent benefits package.
