Insurance Coverage Defense Attorney (Charlotte, NC)
A nationally recognized, AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking a talented attorney to join its Charlotte, North Carolina office in the Insurance Coverage Defense practice group.
This handles complex first-party property and third-party liability coverage matters at all stages, including pre-suit coverage analysis and litigation.

Ideal Candidates- 2–7 years of insurance coverage experience
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes, including policy analysis, EUOs, depositions, pleadings, motions, and mediations
- Strong time management and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented, team-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple matters and respond to urgent issues
