Our leading Biotech client is hiring a Logistics Support Analyst who will serve as a primary point of contact for multiple clinical study sites in Europe and Japan for the scheduling of specimen shipments in-country and to the USA and coordinating prompt resolution to all logistics related issues.

The Support Analyst role is expected to apply tactical knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to ensure successful delivery of human specimens to the laboratories.

• Support and coordinate study site sample returns within France and the UK, and to the US.
• Connect with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to solve problems in support of the daily operations, such as but not limited to: calling sites and providers for inbound or outbound shipping resolutions, sending tracking info to customers or internal departments.
• Work closely with team members to support the activities related to the movement of clinical study samples.

• BS/BA with an emphasis in Global Logistics Operations/Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Account/Project Management preferred.
• Knowledge, experience, and expertise in Healthcare/Medical Device Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Account Management and Client Service roles and responsibilities, import, export & trade compliance preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft products including Excel required; strong use of data visualization software such as Tableau preferred.
• Fluency or working knowledge of French language preferred.
• Demonstrated experience handling client or provider level relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, committed to deadlines and have solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader as required.
