• Manage an assigned book of personal insurance clients
• Broker and maintain required insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients
• Address incoming correspondence from clients in a timely and comprehensive manner
• Collaborate with the Client Services team to process changes and other client requests
• Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients, and colleagues

• P&C License required
• 2-5 years of personal lines insurance brokerage/account management experience
• Strong client service skills with a focus on timely communication
• Ability to maintain awareness of insurance carrier partner products and services
• College degree preferred

• Ability to speak additional languages
