Anormal"][_text css="._{margin-bottom: 50px !important;}"]A Top 100 independent insurance broker seeks experienced Commercial Lines Account Managers to join their North Carolina division. This requires a hybrid schedule in locations that include The Triangle, The Piedmont Triad, and Charlotte. Working in their middle market business group, you’ll be exposed to a variety of complex accounts, many you’ve likely encountered before along with others in unique/emerging risk categories.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as client contact and respond to client needs and questions
- Coordinate the renewal process including marketing activities with underwriting partners
- Oversee accurate and timely completion of policy management (endorsements, certificates, cancellations, audits, reports) in conjunction with other account managers and support/CSR employees
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and billing issues
- Provide coverage analysis, risk management recommendations, negotiate with carriers, and prepare proposals
Schedule:Hybrid schedule is required.
Experience:Minimum three (3) years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience in client management. Middle market account exposure is required as is an active state insurance license.[/_text][/][/]
