Overview

Job Role: Test Automation Lead

Job Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Full Time (Day 1 Onsite)

Salary Range: $100000 to $125000/Annum + Full Time Benefits

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Test Automation with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Java, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript preferred).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly.
  • Ability to drive innovation and experimentation in automation frameworks and AI enhanced test strategies
    • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a test automation strategy aligned with project goals and client expectations
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Java, and other scripting languages.
  • Lead onsite automation activities, mentor offshore teams, and ensure timely delivery of automation scripts and execution results.
  • Explore and implement Generative AI solutions to enhance automation efficiency (e.g., script generation, test data creation, defect prediction).
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.
