Job SummaryThe CBC Senior Consultant will leverage their extensive experience in CICS Administration and Mainframe CICS to optimize system performance and reliability. With a focus on claim assignment, the consultant will ensure seamless integration and functionality within hybrid work environments. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and system enhancement, contributing significantly to the company’s operational efficiency and societal impact.
Responsibilities- Oversee the administration and maintenance of CICS systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide expert guidance on Mainframe CICS operations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and support business objectives.
- Implement best practices for CICS system management, focusing on efficiency and security.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and execute strategies for system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to improve their understanding and management of CICS systems.
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues to prevent downtime and service interruptions.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and tailor CICS solutions to meet business needs.
- Document system configurations and changes to maintain accurate records for future reference.
