Pay Range: $61 - $62/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.
• Play a key role in shaping the way client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Ensures user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or Teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease.
• Critical Screening Questions and Answers:
• How do you balance clarity, compliance, and speed when working on transactional or regulated flows?
• What's one piece of financial content you've seen confuse users? How would you improve it?
• Are you able to commit to working 5 days in the office?

• Must have skills:
  Content design, UX Writing, Figma.
• 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, digital marketing, copywriting, or related field - Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Ability to lead complex content strategies and translate ambiguous requirements and constraints into clear, scalable content patterns.
• Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail _
  - Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro.
