Network Automation Architect; Hands-On Networking

A large enterprise financial services organization is hiring Network Automation Architects to help scale automation across a complex global infrastructure environment.

The organization is at a pivotal point in its automation and Infrastructure-as-Code journey - moving from strategy discussions into large-scale implementation. These roles will be instrumental in building the automation frameworks, pipelines, and engineering standards that will enable network and infrastructure teams to automate operations reliably and at scale.

This is a hands‑on architect role. We're looking for engineers who can design solutions but are equally comfortable working directly on network infrastructure, implementing changes, and troubleshooting complex issues.

• Design and implement network automation frameworks
• Build CI/CD pipelines supporting infrastructure changes
• Develop automation scripts and reusable infrastructure code
• Execute and validate network configuration changes in production
• Implement telemetry and monitoring solutions to track network health and change quality
• Serve as a technical escalation point during complex network incidents
• Mentor infrastructure engineers adopting automation practices
• Help establish coding standards and best practices for Infrastructure as Code

• Python or similar scripting languages

• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure incidents

We’re seeking engineers who combine architectural thinking with deep hands‑on technical expertise.
