Charlotte, NC (Uptown) – On‑Site (5‑10% Travel)
Why This Role Is Important- Support the ongoing development and deployment of Salesforce platform
- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, security, workflows, and groups
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope, configuration and implementation of new functionality, process automation and other requests
- Configuring complex Custom Objects, Fields, Workflows, Approval Processes, Rules, Triggers, etc.
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data management activities
- Maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales and Service Clouds, as well as building custom reports and dashboards
- Building new, and supporting existing, system interfaces such as Zoom Info, Docu Sign, Box, XOI Technologies, Zoom, and ERP integrations
- Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases as well as providing training and support
- Responsible for driving major Cloud application initiatives for the company.
- Provide administrative and project management integration services to various BU, end users, 3rd party providers, MSPs and other professional services teams
- 2‑5+ years of experience in application support, administration, and/or management
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred (comparable CRM systems will be considered)
- Experience and/or interest in ongoing support and development of application tools such as Box, Last Pass, Zoom, Docu Sign, and Microsoft O365 tools
- Experience with enterprise‑level data integrations and reporting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create and foster relationships with the userbase
- Self‑starter with the ability to handle projects on his/her own
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
- Four‑year college degree is preferred
