• In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
  Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Information Security Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Information Security Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Information Security Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Information Security Engineering.

• 4+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• The Virtual Directory Eng will be primarily responsible for interacting with our internal customers. In this role, the Engineer will work in the Agile Team to implement and enhance virtual directory solutions. Solutions will include caching or proxying data from identity silos. Role will also include responding to emails, Service Now Incidents, phone calls, instant messages, troubleshooting meetings, etc.
• Other responsibilities include monitoring alerts and responding accordingly, updating and validating existing documentation, and ad hoc work as appropriate.

• Radiant One FID Virtual Directory Technology (Must Have)
• Responding to ongoing customer requests – must be curious and can work with internal customers to drive requirements and turn into scalable solutions.
• Supporting Radiant Logic VDS and Oracle Unified Directory
• Participating in DC migration efforts
• Handling new customer intake, should be self sufficient

• Experience with SQL Database (views/joins/lookups) and ETL concepts
• Familiarity with virtual directory products like Radiant Logic VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, PING, PING Federate, or similar products
• Experience in Agile environments
• Great customer interaction skills are very important because they’ll be helping intake customer requests
• Basic understanding of PBAC/RBAC/ABAC is helpful but not critical
• Familiarity with SIEM tools is a plus but not needed for the role – mainly because it could help you understand how data is aggregated into a single view.
