Telecom Technician

• 1-3 years of VOIP Phone experience
• Experience with deployments & reimaging hardware & network troubleshooting
• Hardware support such as laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, handheld scanners

This is a primarily boots-on-the-ground role that requires some telecom experience, especially with analog wiring. The client is retiring Cisco equipment and transitioning to the C20 platform, a system no one else has experience with, so training will be provided. It would be helpful if you have phone experience, knowledge of building configurations, and can troubleshoot VoIP solutions. You will unbox phones, set up handsets, plug in equipment, and may travel to other locations in the Charlotte area.

You should understand IP subnetting, VoIP operation, and be able to build spreadsheets for documentation.

Contract to Hire, based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
