Senior Release Train Engineer

My customer is seeking highly qualified RTEs to help supplement an array of enterprise product releases in disparate divisions within the org. This is a direct‑W2‑only role; no subcontractors or C2C resources will be reviewed. This is a long‑term effort that will likely convert FTE with solid performance.

• 7+ years of enterprise systems Agile experience
• Deep utilization of Jira and its many components
• Experience leveraging Lucidchart
• 5+ years of consistent, demonstrable Release Train leadership tenure
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong foundational Agile tenure – retros, user stories, epic creation, etc.

We have several openings across multiple business lines – great opportunity to get engaged with a customer who converts the majority of its talented consultants to FTE.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 – $87.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
