Position: AI & Process Engineering Consultant (Hybrid, Charlotte, NC – Long Term Contract).

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions for operational workflows.
• Assist in mapping business processes and documenting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and understand operational challenges.
• Help implement process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma principles.
• Assist with data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of AI or automation tools.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in process improvement, data analysis, automation, or AI‑related projects.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or process automation concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, SQL, or Excel.
• Ability to document processes and workflows clearly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow technologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, etc.).
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or business process re‑engineering concepts.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Interest in digital transformation and emerging AI technologies.
