Oracle Developer - Oracle Fusion

Location:
Onsite 3 days a wk;
Hybrid – Office location is Jersey City NJ or Charlotte NC

Required Pay Scale: $65-70hr W2

• At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP financials modules.
• Deep knowledge in Oracle Fixed Assets (FA), Oracle Accounts Payable(AP), Taxations(ZX), Business process workflows(BPM), Subledger accounting(SLA), Collaboration messaging(CMK), Financial Reporting solutions(BIP/OTBI/Analytics), and Application Integrations.
• Understanding of accounting process and workflows and how it relates to the applications and client business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Proficiency in configuring and deploying solutions into various environments.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently with minimum instructions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal and written. Translate technical concepts and designs to non‑technical experts.
• Develop design and solutions to support the enterprise design and integration solutions between Oracle Cloud ERP Applications and other enterprise systems.
• Work closely and collaboratively with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solution support that leverages the full capabilities of Oracle Cloud financials.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud financials and other third‑party systems to ensure seamless data flow and operability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including developers, analysts, workstream leads, project managers and Oracle to deliver successful outcomes.
• Develop functional specifications, including but not limited to design specifications, technical design approaches, and user guidance.
• Build best practices within Oracle Cloud ERP financials solutions.

• Oracle Financial AP, FA, GL modules, BPM workflow, OCR, BIP reporting, PL/SQL, Unix

• 5+ years in ERP transformation with at least 2 full‑cycle Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations.
• Deep functional experience in Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets modules.
• Strong experience designing and deploying Oracle Fusion configurations and workflows.
• Proven ability to create and present executive‑level content.
• Solid understanding of data migration strategy and reconciliation approaches.
• Experience leading technical and functional teams across work streams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to bridge business and IT.

• Experience migrating from SAP ERP or other legacy ERP platforms.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, OAC, FDI and GenAI capabilities.
• Familiarity with eInvoicing, expense management, tax processing, intercompany processing.
• Oracle Financials certification or specialization in AP/FA modules.
