Hope you’re having a great day! We are currently seeking an experienced Data Management Consultant to support enterprise data initiatives within a large financial services environment. This role focuses on data transformation, business analysis, and large-scale data management programs impacting multiple business lines.

• Consult on enterprise Data Management initiatives
• Analyze complex data and process challenges
• Support large-scale data transformation programs
• Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership teams
• Develop process flows and data flow documentation
• Ensure compliance with governance and delivery standards

• 5+ years Data Management or Business Analysis experience
• Financial services, investment banking, or capital markets experience
• Experience supporting enterprise data transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams
• Experience creating process and data flow diagrams

• Experience in Data Management, Analytics, Business Analysis, or Project Management
• Background supporting complex, multi-year data initiatives
• Ability to evaluate large-scale data challenges and dependencies
• Experience working within regulated enterprise environments
